Mentoring, Coaching, and Team Building

What Leaders, Mentors, and Role Models Share in Common1

Passion, Integrity, and Respect

Leadership – A leader is a single person motivating a group.

A role model is one who is emulated and may often be someone you do not have a relationship with directly.

Mentorship involves a much more personalized mutual interaction between two people. Mentorship is key to one’s personal and professional development. Mentors provide advice, guidance, and support, fostering qualities that enable a successful and fruitful career but also have a significant effect in an individual’s personal growth. It is for this reason that we often need multiple mentors.

Coaching. Sometimes it is important to have a sounding board. Coaching is a conversation between a Coach and Coachee designed to encourage new ideas and perspectives. We work with executives and high-potential employees to help them increase their self-awareness, define and achieve their developmental objectives, and clarify their goals. Our goal is to help them truly unlock their potential.

Team building is process by which a group of people learn to work together effectively as a team, using events and activities to increase motivation and promote cooperation throughout the group members. We work with team members to understand where they are and where they want to go. We work with them to clear those roadblocks inhibiting their success.
